  Staff was very professional and friendly. Had upgraded my phone and needed it activated on my account, and deactivating the old one. Store is bright and clean. Parking is available and free. Handicapped accessible entrance. My only issue was I waited outside for the store to open on Sat morning because the store had not opened until 10:15 (posted hours are 10:00 on Sat).
