  The Banker at this location is the rudest nastiest woman I have ever met as soon as I get the chance and have the time to go sit at another bank I will be leaving BMO customer service is supposed to be number one it's always key some people just fail to realize that and they don't know what screwing up one time can cause maybe she will learn to not be so nasty to people I put in a complaint a month ago I was told by a teller the manager will reach out to you did anyone bother to reach out nope this branch is absolutely horrible it doesn't just need new hours it needs new staff if I could give zero stars I would

  I have nothing but praise for the staff at the Fox River Grove location! They are the friendliest and most professional people I've run across in my personal banking experience. I have several accounts there and when I needed a few immediate and pricey repairs done at my home, they re-financed my then existing 30 year mortgage (at Chase) to a 15 year, at a lower rate, so I could pull some equity out and pay for the necessary repairs. I just had them put a savings account that I keep for my Godson, into an 18 month CD at a great rate and am planning to transfer some of my savings to do the same for myself. I have seen some reviews from folks that blame the bank for lending them "too much money" or not re-financing a bad loan. People should know their own financial limitations. I hope personal responsibility is not just a thing of the past and that most folks will make judgements based on a fair and reasonable scale. Love this bank!
